Provide prompt, efficient, and accurate service.* Promote credit union products and services based on members’ needs.* Open new membership accounts.* Provide information concerning credit union products and services in person, by telephone, or email.* Respond to members’ inquiries and requests. Resolve problems and complaints or escalate them as appropriate while acting as a liaison between other staff and the member.* Perform account transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, CD transactions, lines of credit advances, account transfers, imaging receipts, etc. Perform account maintenance including adding joint owners, address changes, and competing any other necessary MSR functions.* Refer mortgage loan requests to Mortgage Loan Assistants or Mortgage Loan Officers.* Open, balance, and close cash drawer when serving in MSR capacity.
