Summary: To manage the five Cardiology Fellowship programs and oversee related activities. This includes primary coordination for three programs (General Cardiovascular Disease, EP, and Advanced Heart Failure) and support for others such as Interventional Cardiology and Adult Congenital Heart Disease. Responsibilities include operational oversight, strategic implementation, and serving as a subject matter expert in GME, covering recruitment, credentialing, curriculum, evaluation, accreditation, compliance, fiscal management, and reporting. Works under supervision of Program Director(s) and assists with recruiting, onboarding, curriculum management, scheduling, evaluations, and record keeping. Ensures evaluations are created, linked, and printed for semiannual and annual reviews.
Supports additional programs, manages an administrative assistant, liaises with the GME office and regulatory bodies, participates in GME meetings and committees, and maintains compliance and strategic priorities. Manages application databases, coordinates interviews, oversees rotation schedules, tracks expenses, updates websites and social media, and organizes fellows' activities and events.
A bachelor's degree and three years of relevant program experience.
Ability to perform various physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, and working in different environments, with specific sensory and motor requirements outlined.
Employment type: Full-time, Mid-Senior level, in hospitals and healthcare industry. The role offers a salary range of $56,210 - $104,000, with scheduled weekly hours of 40.
