Job Description Summary
Directs and oversees all programs related to access in the Division of Hematology Oncology in the Department of Medicine, supporting scheduling, clinical deployment, and access initiatives for 32 clinical faculty and 35 advanced practice providers (APPs). Provides leadership across administrative, operational, financial, programmatic, and personnel activities for MUSC’s infusion suites, including Hollings Cancer Center, North Charleston Elms, and other locations. Evaluates program effectiveness, identifies improvement areas, and implements policy or workflow changes. Manages the Qgenda scheduling system and communicates updates to stakeholders, serving as the primary contact for program matters. Requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to foster a high-quality learning environment and ensure alignment with institutional priorities. Recommends and implements initiatives to maintain program excellence.
