Job summary

CACI is actively seeking a mid-level Unity Software Developer to collaborate with instructional designers and 3D media developers on the Navy Sailor 2025 Career Training Continuum program. You will review scripts and build complex PC simulations used for training across the Navy.

Ideal candidates will have Unity Pro expertise, strong C# skills, and experience with 3D asset pipelines in a team-focused, fast-paced production setting. Secure clearance and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

  • Must be a US citizen and able to maintain a secret clearance.
  • Expertise with Unity Pro.
  • Experience with Autodesk 3D Max and 3D asset pipelines.
  • Previous work with a training team developing complex media.
  • Strong knowledge of C# and object oriented programming.
  • Experience with Visual Studio and API development.
  • Experience with memory allocation and optimization (Unity Profiler).
  • Experience with Universal Render Pipeline (URP).
  • Knowledge of 3D assets pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Review Government Furnished Information.
  • Review scenario scripts created by Instructional Designers.
  • Support design meetings with subject matter experts, IDs, and 3D Animators.
  • Create Unity PC Simulations for complex systems.
  • Work in a fast, dynamic production environment.
