• Stand up observability so IBM sees failures before customers in MI do.
• Build internal tooling that improves developer productivity and velocity.
• Decode the undocumented Webpack service nobody at IBM remembers writing.
• Integrate third-party services and internal tools into the IBM stack.
• Carry a people-first Problem Solving feature through code freeze without breaking IBM stability.
• Ship the Go features that move IBM's technology roadmap forward.
• Pull Go telemetry into dashboards IBM leaders actually open.
• Harden IBM's .NET Core auth so the MI audit comes back clean.
