Pratt Industries in Beloit, WI, seeks a Unitizer Operator for the 3rd shift to operate, set up, and clean the unitizer and related equipment. You will stack, band, and wrap finished corrugated boxes for shipment to customers.

What Our Unitizer Operators Do…

They are responsible for all activities associated with operating the unitizer and corresponding equipment, including setup, operation and cleanup. A Unitizer Operator operates machinery that stacks, bands, and wraps finished products – corrugated boxes – into stable units for shipping to our customers. Think boxes for Domino’s pizzas, moving with Home Depot, Amazon deliveries, Hello Fresh meals, and more!

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Regularly required to stand, walk, talk, and hear.
• Frequently required to use hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• The employee is occasionally required to sit.
• The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with the assistance of another worker.
