The Louisiana Supreme Court in New Orleans seeks an IT Specialist to provide focused support for the Unit4/Agresso/UBW ERP system. The candidate will become the subject matter expert on Agresso/UBW, updating, building, modifying, and testing accounting and HR module configurations while delivering end-user support.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of direct Unit4/Agresso experience, with preference for a IT degree; advanced certifications may substitute.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of direct Unit4/Agresso experience focusing on accounting and HR modules.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred; advanced certifications may substitute.
• Strong ERP configuration and end-user support skills.

Responsibilities

• Update, build, modify, and test accounting and HR module configurations within Unit4/Agresso/UBW.
• Provide application support to end-users for Unit4/Agresso/UBW.
• Take ownership of the Unit4/Agresso/UBW system.
