Job summary

Marquis Companies is seeking a Unit Support Nurse in Forest Grove, Oregon to assist with daily nursing station duties and support admission processes. You will work closely with Charge Nurses and Resident Care Managers to ensure smooth care delivery and timely coordination of family and physician needs.

Simply put, as the Unit Support/Admission Nurse, you will assist the Charge Nurses, Resident Care Managers, and other nursing staff with daily duties to ensure a smoothly run facility. This position is the main point of contact at the Nursing Station to address family, nursing, and doctor’s needs. As the Unit Support Nurse, you will see that the duties you perform make a noticeable difference in the lives of your residents and colleagues. Additionally, you will be responsible for the admission process, helping with entering orders, greeting the new admissions, getting them settled into their new room, etc.
