Inova Cornwall Campus - Freestanding Emergency Department - Seeking a RN Unit Supervisor - Full Time Nights - 7PM-7AM with weekend rotation. This role is eligible for sign on bonus and relocation assistance for eligible applicants.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support clinical operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and safety.
• Promote a positive team environment and support shared governance.
• Model exemplary service and prioritize patient experience.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Foster effective communication and teamwork among staff.

Qualifications:

• At least one year of RN clinical experience.
• Associate Degree in Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Completion of Charge Nurse Workshop within 90 days.
• BLS certification required.
• Licensed RN in Virginia.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in healthcare software and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with pediatric and adult patients, preferred.
• Certification in specialty areas within 1 year, preferred.
