The Data Integrity unit reviews, processes, and updates data on Child Support Management System (CSMS) and Automated State Support Tracking System (ASSETS) to ensure data accuracy and proper functioning of automated case processing systems, in compliance with agency policies and federal/state mandates. This involves case reviews, computer matches, data enrichment, and the use of exception reports.

Reports are managed through OCSE Web, aiding data capture and reporting. The goal is to increase successful case actions, as measured by federal performance indicators, and to facilitate locating non-custodial parents, establishing paternity, and obtaining child support orders.

The Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) is recruiting one (1) Clerical Associate IV to serve as a Unit Supervisor of Data Integrity.

Under supervision of the Director of Data Integrity, the Unit Supervisor oversees daily operations of Case Review Specialists, manages work distribution, reviews staff output, and ensures quality and compliance.

The Unit Supervisor Will

1. Plan, coordinate, and direct staff work; assign reports for investigation and data verification.
2. Conduct quality reviews of staff work, ensuring data accuracy across multiple systems and databases.
3. Maintain and update weekly statistical reports for monitoring productivity.
4. Train staff on case review duties and system navigation; conduct performance evaluations.
5. Hold regular meetings, address disciplinary issues, and manage employee records.
6. Monitor incoming correspondence flow and ensure deadlines are met.
7. Participate in special projects and report development.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am – 5pm

Work Location: 4 WTC, New York, NY, 40th FL

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent plus one year of satisfactory clerical experience.

Skills Requirement

Keyboard familiarity with at least 100 keystrokes per minute.
