The Data Integrity unit reviews, processes, and updates data on Child Support Management System (CSMS) and Automated State Support Tracking System (ASSETS) to ensure data accuracy and proper functioning of automated case processing systems, in compliance with agency policies and federal/state mandates. This involves case reviews, computer matches, data enrichment, and the use of exception reports.
Reports are managed through OCSE Web, aiding data capture and reporting. The goal is to increase successful case actions, as measured by federal performance indicators, and to facilitate locating non-custodial parents, establishing paternity, and obtaining child support orders.
The Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) is recruiting one (1) Clerical Associate IV to serve as a Unit Supervisor of Data Integrity.
Under supervision of the Director of Data Integrity, the Unit Supervisor oversees daily operations of Case Review Specialists, manages work distribution, reviews staff output, and ensures quality and compliance.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am – 5pm
Work Location: 4 WTC, New York, NY, 40th FL
High school diploma or equivalent plus one year of satisfactory clerical experience.
Keyboard familiarity with at least 100 keystrokes per minute.
