Job Summary:
Performs general clerical duties by preparing, compiling and maintaining records in a hospital nursing unit. Working under the general direction of Nursing and Medical Staff, monitors, evaluates and documents cardiac rhythm readings.

Department: 6 Dean Cardiopulmonary Unit
Location: Englewood, NJ
Status: Full-time
Shift: Days, 12 hrs
Hours: 7:00am-7:00pm


Job Essentials: The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements and competencies.

  • Previous unit secretary/clerical work hospital experience is preferred
  • Must be pro-active and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be committed to teamwork and exhibits excellent patient experience and customer service skills


Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent


License/Certification/Registry:

  • Basic Arrhythmia Certification preferred

The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. In addition to the minimum rate, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources.
