  • Coordinate communication between nursing staff, physicians, and other hospital departments
  • Prepare and distribute unit correspondence, reports, and documentation
  • Greet patients and visitors, providing directions and assistance as needed
  • Assist with unit-based administrative tasks including supply ordering and inventory management
  • Support clinical staff by preparing patient charts and gathering necessary documentation
  • Respond to patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
