Responsibilities

• Greet patients, families, and staff with professionalism and courtesy.
• Answer phones, call bells, and direct requests to the appropriate team.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges and update patient records.
• Enter physician orders and maintain patient information in the electronic medical record system.
• Prepare and organize unit reports and documentation; support nursing operations.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff to ensure smooth workflows.
