Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an acute care setting or physician’s practice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transcribes physician orders from records with notation and signature by nursing staff.
• Prepares and completes patient charts for daily forms.
• Orders supplies for the unit and assists nursing staff with indirect patient care.
