Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and accurate patient medical records with proper labeling.
• Transcribe medical orders accurately and distribute to relevant disciplines.
• Serve as a friendly resource for patients, families, staff and visitors at the nursing station.
• Coordinate unit operations to optimize safe patient care delivery; schedule tests and transportation as needed.
