A leading healthcare organization is seeking a full-time clerical staff member for its nursing unit. Responsibilities include chart management, scheduling, and maintaining an organized work environment. The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma and excel in communication and organization, working with various departments to provide excellent service.
Job Summary: The primary responsibility is to perform clerical duties on a nursing or clinical unit, adhering to confidentiality expectations.
Foster a cooperative atmosphere by maintaining professionalism, being pleasant, and helpful to staff, patients, and families.
Observe all hospital and departmental policies, guiding principles, rules, and regulations.
Attend orientation and complete ongoing in-service education as required.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.
Schedule: 40/80 Full-Time Days - Every Other Weekend.
Delmonico 3 is a Young Adult/Adolescent Unit.
This position is a permanent replacement for a striking employee and classified as a ‘regular’ employee under the National Labor Relations Act.
