A leading health system in Rhode Island is seeking a clerical staff member for a nursing unit. Responsibilities include patient chart preparation, scheduling, and maintaining a cooperative atmosphere among staff and patients. This is a full-time position requiring a high school diploma and commitment to professionalism. You will be hired as a permanent replacement, adhering to performance standards and policies.
Job Summary: The primary responsibility is to perform clerical duties on a nursing or clinical unit, following confidentiality expectations.
Foster a cooperative atmosphere by maintaining professionalism, friendliness, and helpfulness towards staff, patients, and families.
Adhere to all hospital and departmental policies, guiding principles, rules, and regulations.
Attend orientation and complete ongoing in-service education as required.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.
Schedule: 40/80 FT Days - Every Other Weekend
Unit: Delmonico 2 is a General Treatment Unit.
