HCA Florida St. Lucie Hospital is seeking a compassionate Unit Secretary to ensure efficient unit operations and excellent patient communication in Port Saint Lucie, FL. You will manage patient records, physician orders, and incoming calls, while supporting a welcoming, organized space for patients and families.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, privacy protection, and teamwork to maintain a safe, respectful environment on a busy hospital unit.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Administrative experience preferred.
• Medical Terminology preferred.

• Greeting and guiding patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism, offering updates, and ensuring they feel informed and supported
• Maintaining patient records accurately, entering physician orders, and protecting patient information
