Job Summary

The UR/PCT performs clerical duties, supports communication, and assists with patient activities under nurse supervision, including front desk management, basic patient care, and transportation.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet physical demands and cope with stress.
• Maintain skill certification requirements.
• Ensure patient safety and assist with ADL, vital signs, and care plans.
• Complete necessary documentation accurately.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Medical terminology, keyboarding skills.
• Required: Current CNA certification or equivalent clinical experience, CPR certification within 3 months, NVCIT certification within 3 months.

Experience

• Clerical or receptionist experience preferred.
• Experience in acute care preferred.
