Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answers phones promptly and directs customers appropriately.
• Greet visitors, patients, and staff and direct them as needed.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges and update records.
• Print patient labels and manage paper patient records for HIM scanning.
• Troubleshoot unit computer problems and report hardware/software issues.
• Participate in unit-based rounding, staff meetings, and service initiatives.
