The largest Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) in Minnesota, with 30 beds at the Minneapolis Campus, staffed by a multidisciplinary team dedicated to complex pediatric critical care, including ECMO and CRRT. Our team provides family-centered, technically advanced care for children with severe illnesses and traumatic injuries, emphasizing teamwork and professional growth.
The Unit Operations Coordinator provides exemplary customer service to families, staff, providers, and visitors, both in person and by phone. Responsibilities include answering inquiries, coordinating deliveries, directing visitors, maintaining a safe environment, and supporting unit operations and technology. The role may require floating to other departments as needed.
