Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN or LVN license (State of California).
• Current BCLS certification.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Minimum 6 months of long-term care or acute care nursing experience within the past two years.
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and clinical oversight of nursing care during assigned shifts.
• Perform daily rounds, monitor changes in condition, wounds, IV therapy, infections and high-risk concerns.
• Mentor staff with realtime coaching, education, and performance feedback.
• Coordinate admissions/readmissions, care planning, and resident assessments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and coordinate transfers and discharge planning.
• Ensure documentation accuracy, MARs/TARs reviews, and survey readiness.
• Maintain infection control and safety compliance.
