Job summary

Unit Nurse Manager-RN/LPN is seeking an experienced nurse for a full-time management role in a long-term care facility. The position combines direct resident care on the floor with administrative leadership responsibilities during office hours.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license.
• Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting.
• Management, supervision or care planning experience in LTC.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Minimum of four years of nursing experience.
• At least one year of nurse management experience.
