Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience; at least 1 year in nursing administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing needs and supervise nursing staff delivering direct resident care.
• Assist in staff development and recruitment for nursing staff.
• Provide direct resident care per established plans and supervise nurses and aides.
• Complete initial and ongoing data collection of residents’ medical status.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for assigned residents.
• Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Ensure compliance with resident rights and documentation requirements.
• Provide innovative ideas to improve systems and drive team development.
