Job summary

Sibanye-Stillwater is seeking an experienced Unit Manager, Thermal TRD - Thermal Reduction to lead thermal processing and incineration operations at our Fairless Hills facility. You will drive safety, reliability, and efficiency while coordinating with maintenance, environmental, and safety teams.

We are looking for a strong operations leader with 5+ years in thermal processing or metals refining and a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a focus on safety and environmental compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in engineering or science.
• 5+ years in thermal processing, incineration, metals refining, or similar industrial environment.
• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing or production operations.
• Strong knowledge of industrial safety and environmental compliance.
• Experience with high-temperature processing equipment preferred.

• Lead daily thermal reduction and incineration operations.
• Coach, develop, and support production leaders and teams.
• Drive a strong, proactive safety culture.
• Improve throughput, reliability, and operational performance.
• Coordinate maintenance activities, outages, and equipment improvements.

Sibanye-Stillwater is looking for an experienced, hands-on Unit Manager, Thermal TRD - Thermal Reductionto lead thermal processing and incineration operations at our precious metals recycling and refining facility in Fairless Hills, PA.

This is an opportunity for a strong operations leader to make a direct impact on safety, reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement while working alongside Operations, Maintenance, Environmental, and Safety teams.

YOUR IMPACT

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of experience in thermal processing, incineration, metals refining, or a similar industrial environment
• Previous leadership experience in manufacturing or production operations
• Strong knowledge of industrial safety and environmental compliance
• High-temperature processing equipment experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a hands-on plant environment
