Job summary

Sibanye-Stillwater in Fairless Hills, PA is seeking an experienced Unit Manager, Thermal TRD to lead thermal processing and incineration operations at our precious metals recycling and refining facility. You will work with Operations, Maintenance, Environmental, and Safety teams to improve safety, reliability, and performance.

The role emphasizes coaching leaders, reducing downtime, and driving continuous improvement while ensuring regulatory compliance and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in thermal processing, incineration, metals refining, or similar industrial environment.
• Leadership experience in manufacturing or production operations.
• Strong knowledge of industrial safety and environmental compliance.
• High-temperature processing equipment experience preferred.

Sibanye-Stillwater is looking for an experienced, hands-on Unit Manager, Thermal TRD - Thermal Reduction to lead thermal processing and incineration operations at our precious metals recycling and refining facility in Fairless Hills, PA.

This is an opportunity for a strong operations leader to make a direct impact on safety, reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement while working alongside Operations, Maintenance, Environmental, and Safety teams.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or a related field — or equivalent relevant experience
• 5+ years of experience in thermal processing, incineration, metals refining, or a similar industrial environment
• Previous leadership experience in manufacturing or production operations
• Strong knowledge of industrial safety and environmental compliance
• High-temperature processing equipment experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a hands-on plant environment
