Responsibilities:
  • Supervise RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and staff
  • Implement nursing procedures and systems
  • Evaluate care systems and staff performance
  • Provide individualized nursing care using systematic approach
  • Contribute to guest assessments and care planning
  • Evaluate guest responses to interventions
  • Administer medications and treatments as needed
Qualifications:
  • Current state nursing license
  • CPR certification; additional certifications preferred
  • Management experience in long-term or geriatric care preferred
