Job summary

Woburn Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Woburn, MA is seeking a compassionate Unit Manager RN or LPN to oversee daily operations of the unit and ensure delivery of high-quality patient care.

You will lead an interdisciplinary team of nurses, nursing assistants, rehabilitation therapists, and social workers, working closely with the Medical Director to maintain clinical excellence and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered Massachusetts RN or LPN license.
• Knowledge of State and Federal long-term care guidelines.
• Strong communication skills with residents, families, and staff.
• Critical thinking and tact in difficult situations.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Unit Manager RN or LPN to join our team. As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our unit, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and leading a team of nurses, nursing assistants, rehabilitation therapists, and social workers.
