Qualificações

• Must hold an active RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Proven leadership experience in a nursing or long-term care setting.
• Ability to supervise staffing and ensure regulatory compliance within a tour of duty.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure sufficient CNA/LPN/RN staffing for each tour to maintain quality care.
• Make rounds to verify nursing standards and report findings to the Director.
• Monitor medication passes and treatments per orders and schedules.
• Review medication cards for accuracy and adherence to stop orders.
