Roswell Nursing and Rehabilitation is currently seeking a Full-time Unit Manager.

The Unit Manager will oversee all aspects of the unit, including supervising the clinical team and coordinating ancillary services. Responsibilities include:

1. Conducting routine rounds, assessing residents’ needs and changes in their condition.
2. Updating Resident Care Plans as necessary.
3. Reviewing and investigating incident reports, with appropriate follow-up.
4. Engaging with resident families to address concerns and issues.
5. Ensuring all staff deliver quality care and high customer service to residents, visitors, peers, and vendors.
6. Providing mentoring, guidance, and staff education.
7. Administering RN/LPN level treatments.
8. Assisting with new admissions.
9. Collaborating with Nursing Administration.
