What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Unit Manager | RN, you are responsible for ensuring that care delivery aligns with the company's mission, policies, and accepted standards of practice, including compliance with state and federal regulations. You will oversee the operations, coordination, and direction of nursing care during your shift and on your assigned unit. This includes mentoring and educating nursing staff and collaborating with physicians and other medical professionals.

Qualifications:
