Job summary

Diversicare is seeking an RN Unit Manager to lead the care team in our long-term care setting. You will supervise nursing staff, ensure patient and resident needs are met, and drive quality of care through effective team leadership.

Qualifications

• Current license by the State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse with experience in the long-term care industry preferred.
• Ability to plan, evaluate and coordinate services.
• Experience in triaging tasks, supervision of nursing team members and coordination of services to provide the optimum resident and patient experience.
