Responsibilities

1. Support the Director of Nursing in delivering high-quality care, achieving positive clinical outcomes, and ensuring patient/resident, family, and employee satisfaction within an assigned unit.
2. Lead, guide, and direct the overall operations, coordination, and care delivery of the nursing unit.
3. Ensure care delivery aligns with Genesis HealthCare's mission, vision, values, policies, and complies with standards of practice, regulations, and licensing requirements.
4. Collaborate with staff, physicians, rehabilitation therapy, and other professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
5. Manage human resources in the unit, including staffing, recruitment, orientation, performance assessments, and disciplinary actions when necessary.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school, college, or university.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.

Posted Salary Range

USD $40.00 - USD $43.00 per hour
