Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Unit Manager (RN) to supervise the delivery of care to residents on a nursing unit and support CNAs and staff ensuring quality nursing care.

The role is full-time, Monday–Friday 3p–11p, with a comprehensive benefits package and Signature Perks designed to support health, wealth, and well-being.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current state license.
• 1–3 years of related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have a current/active CPR certification.

How you Will make a difference

Our Unit Managers (RN) are responsible for the supervision of the delivery of care to a group of residents in a nursing unit. Our Unit Managers ensure that the needs of our residents are being met while also supervising and supporting our Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) and other staff in the delivery of nursing care.

What you Need to make a Difference

• Registered Nurse with current state license.
• One (1) to three (3) years of related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have a current / active CPR certification.
