About the Role:

As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for managing the unit with professionalism and adaptability, maintaining exceptional documentation standards, and communicating effectively with residents, families, and staff. You will also train and guide employees, assist with orientation sessions, and provide leadership skills to mentor and train staff.
