Job summary

Diversicare in Bryson City, NC is seeking an RN Unit Manager to lead the care team and ensure high-quality resident care in a long-term care setting.

You will mentor staff, coordinate nursing services, and participate in performance evaluations, with opportunities for professional development and tuition reimbursement. Our center values integrity, teamwork, and compassionate care and offers competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current license by the State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse with experience in the long-term care industry preferred.
• Ability to plan, evaluate and coordinate services.
• Experience in triaging tasks, supervising nursing team members and coordinating services to provide the optimum resident and patient experience.

Responsibilities
