Genesis HealthCare in Pennsylvania is seeking a Unit Manager - RN to lead the nursing unit, ensuring high-quality and cost-effective care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

You will collaborate with the Director of Nursing, supervise nursing coverage, mentor staff, oversee medication management, and work with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to deliver skilled care in line with policy and regulatory standards.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Associate Degree in Nursing, three (3) years of nursing experience or Nursing Diploma with three (3) years of nursing experience; BSN with two (2) years.
• At least one year of nurse leadership experience is required.
• Must possess current licensure by the State Board of Examiners of Nurses in the nursing center state.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Join the nursing center management team as a Unit Manager - RN where you will be accountable on your assigned nursing unit for the delivery of high-quality and cost-effective health care while achieving positive clinical outcomes, patient/family and employee satisfaction. You will ensure that care delivery is consistent with the mission, vision, values and company policies in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Posted Salary Range
