Unit Manager Needed for South Haven Nursing & Rehab!

MUST Have Managerial Experience in a Skilled Nursing Setting!

Must hold current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, staff, administer, and direct a broad program of nursing services for all licensed units, under the director of DON.
• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct care/related services for residents in accordance with their care plan.
• Administer medications and complete treatments based on residents' needs.
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing assistants.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least three (3) years of successful nursing experience in a long-term care environment, with most of that in a management role.
• A passion for caring for and improving the lives of residents.
• Current RN License.
• Ability to administer medications and IV certification.
• Good working knowledge of state rules/regulations.
• Positive can-do attitude and excellent attendance.
