Diversicare is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead the care team in a dedicated long-term care setting. You will supervise nursing staff, monitor patient and resident needs, and ensure high standards of compassionate care.

The role emphasizes leadership, coordination of services, and ongoing evaluation to improve outcomes. Diversicare values integrity, excellence, compassion, teamwork, and stewardship in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Current RN license by the State Board of Nursing; long-term care experience preferred.
• Ability to plan, evaluate and coordinate services.
• Experience in triaging tasks, supervising nursing staff and coordinating services to provide the best resident and patient experience.

Responsibilities

As an RN Unit Manager, you'll have the opportunity to provide leadership and support to the care team, ensure patient/resident needs are met, and evaluate team performance. You'll also have the chance to work directly with care team members to provide compassionate and professional care.

Qualifications

• 1. Current license by the State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse with experience in the long-term care industry preferred
• 2. Ability to plan, evaluate and coordinate services.
• 3. Experience in triaging tasks, supervision of nursing team members and coordination of services to provide the optimum resident and patient experience.
