Diversicare Healthcare Services, LLC is seeking an RN Unit Manager to provide leadership and support to the care team in a dedicated long-term care setting.

You will ensure patient/resident needs are met, evaluate team performance, and work directly with care team members to deliver compassionate and professional care.

Formación

• Current RN license with preferred long-term care experience.
• Ability to plan, evaluate and coordinate nursing services.
• Experience triaging tasks and supervising the nursing team.

Responsibilities

As an RN Unit Manager, you'll have the opportunity to provide leadership and support to the care team, ensure patient/resident needs are met, and evaluate team performance. You'll also have the chance to work directly with care team members to provide compassionate and professional care.

Qualifications

• Current license by the State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse with experience in the long-term care industry preferred
• Ability to plan, evaluate and coordinate services.
• Experience in triaging tasks, supervision of nursing team members and coordination of services to provide the optimum resident and patient experience.
