Join us to apply for the Unit Manager (RN) role at Brickyard Healthcare.

We rely on and trust our Unit Manager (RN) to provide independent supervision of the delivery of care to residents in a nursing unit. Responsibilities include assessing resident needs, developing care plans, administering nursing care, and evaluating outcomes. The role involves supervising Nurses, Care Specialists (CNAs), and other personnel, including potentially supervising other RNs.

  • Implement care plans effectively and efficiently, focusing on resident-centered outcomes and coordinating with healthcare professionals
  • Maintain resident comfort and care standards by applying current nursing practices
Qualifications:
  • Current RN license in practicing state
  • Current CPR certification (must be obtained within 90 days if not already certified)
  • Recent clinical experience or education specific to geriatrics
  • Ability to maintain regular attendance
