This role is ideal for nurses with charge nurse or supervisory experience who are looking to transition into a structured leadership position focused on team development, clinical quality, and relationship-based resident care.
The Unit Manager assumes responsibility and accountability for the nursing care of all residents on the assigned long-term care unit while providing daily leadership and guidance to licensed nurses and nursing personnel. This position oversees the delivery of care and manages the unit in accordance with company philosophy, professional nursing standards, and all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
