Job summary

American Senior Communities is hiring an RN Unit Manager in Greensburg, IN. The Unit Manager oversees nursing care for residents on the assigned unit, supervising licensed nurses and staff to ensure quality care and compliance with federal and state regulations.

You will lead a team within ASC's CARE-focused culture, promoting collaboration, mentorship, and adherence to professional nursing standards while supporting residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN or LPN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, families, customers and staff.

Responsibilities
