North Cape Center in New Jersey seeks a Rehab Unit Manager RN to support the Director of Nursing in delivering high-quality care and achieving positive clinical outcomes. You will lead a nursing unit, ensuring care aligns with mission, policies, and regulatory standards, while coordinating with staff, physicians, and rehab therapists.

The role focuses on optimizing patient/resident outcomes, staff performance, and operational efficiency within the assigned unit.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and direct the nursing and patient/resident care for an assigned unit.
• Ensure care delivery aligns with mission, values, policies, and regulations.
• Collaborate with staff, physicians, rehab therapy and other professionals for optimal outcomes.
• Manage HR in the unit including overtime limits, recruiting and orienting staff, evaluating performance, and discipline when needed.

Responsibilities

As a Unit Manager/Director - RN where within an assigned unit you will support the Director of Nursing with the delivery of high quality care while achieving positive clinical outcomes, and patient/resident, family and employee satisfaction.

• Lead, guide and direct the overall operations, coordination and direction of nursing and patient/resident care for an assigned nursing unit.
• Ensure that patient/resident care delivery is consistent with the mission, vision, values and company policies in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements.
• Collaborate with staff, physicians, rehabilitation therapy and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients on assigned nursing unit.
• Manage the human resources in assigned unit to include limiting use of overtime and agency personnel, recruiting and orientating staff, assessing the work performance of nursing staff, and implementing disciplinary action when necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college or university.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing is required.

Posted Salary Range: USD $90,000.00 - USD $100,000.00 /Hr.
