Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking an experienced Unit Manager/RN for the Sage Bluff location to oversee nursing care for residents in the evening shift. The role requires an Indiana RN license and leadership of licensed staff to ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.

The Unit Manager will model CARE values—Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence—and collaborate with teams to deliver patient-centered care.

The Unit Manager assumes responsibility and accountability for the nursing care of all residents on the assigned unit. The Unit Manager supervises licensed nurses and other nursing personnel in the delivery of care. Manages unit in accordance with company philosophy, standards of professional nursing practices, and all federal and state laws and regulations.

Skills Needed:
