Job summary

Signature HealthCARE in Lexington, Kentucky, is seeking Unit Managers (LPN) to supervise the delivery of care for groups of residents within a nursing unit.

You will oversee CNAs and other staff to ensure residents’ needs are met and care is delivered to the highest standards, while maintaining active LPN licensure and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse with current state license.
• 1–3 years of related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have a current / active CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Unit Managers supervise the delivery of care to a group of residents in a nursing unit.
• Supervise and support CNAs and other staff in the delivery of nursing care.

How you Will make a difference

Our Unit Managers (LPN) are responsible for the supervision of the delivery of care to a group of residents in a nursing unit. Our Unit Managers ensure that the needs of our residents are being met while also supervising and supporting our Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) and other staff in the delivery of nursing care.

What you Need to make a Difference

• Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse with current state license.
• One (1) to three (3) years of related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have a current / active CPR certification.
