Job summary

Braxton Healthcare Center, part of CommuniCare Health Services, is seeking an LPN Nursing Unit Manager to oversee the unit's operations on a 24-hour basis.

Qualified candidates hold an RN or LPN license in the state of employment and have 2–5 years of supervisory/management experience with prior long-term care exposure.

This PRN position offers varying shifts and a values-driven environment focused on compassionate, patient-centered care.
