You will oversee a nursing unit's daily operations, ensuring quality resident care and regulatory compliance, with direct supervision of nursing staff and coordination of schedules, safety, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

The ideal candidate holds an active WV LPN or RN license, 2–5 years of supervisory experience in long-term care, and a passion for compassionate, patient-centered care.
