Greenwood Healthcare Center, part of CommuniCare Health, seeks an LPN Nursing Unit Manager to oversee operational aspects of the unit on a 24-hour basis and lead the nursing team to deliver resident-centered care.

The ideal candidate is a licensed LPN in Indiana with 2–5 years of supervisory/management experience and prior long-term care work. Full-time shifts run 6:00 AM–10:30 PM with weekend options; benefits include medical/dental/vision, life, LTD/STD, 401(k) match, and daily pay.
