Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager

Triboro Center is seeking Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Managers for our skilled nursing facility in Bronx, NY. The ideal candidate will have previous LTC experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain nursing guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures.
2. Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nurses and staff.
3. Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents and families.
4. Provide information to residents and the healthcare team.
5. Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
6. Protect resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing.
7. Document resident care services accurately.
8. Manage nursing supplies inventory.
9. Foster a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams.

Requirements:

• Valid NYS RN License
• Long-term care (LTC) experience required
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent communication skills

Salary:

$105,000 - $115,000
